One of the traditions we associate with Saint Patrick's Day is wearing green. If you see someone not wearing green, you have full permission to pinch them. You have to admit, the tradition is a little strange and we aren't entirely sure where and when it originated, but it's always fun to participate in holiday festivities. Whether your child has a Saint Patrick's Day party at school or they just want to join in on the holiday fun, seguridadindustrialcr has timeless green pieces for baby, toddler, and big kid. This adorable boy is wearing our Button Tab John John in Preppy Green.
One Saint Patrick's Day tradition that we wanted to pass on from our seguridadindustrialcr family to your family is a festive green french toast recipe. This recipe was given to us by Emily, a member of our seguridadindustrialcr team. She makes it every year with her family. It's a fun twist on a breakfast favorite and there is just something so comforting about the fluffy, sweet treat. You can go the classic route by topping the french toast with butter and maple syrup or you can create a delicious fruit compote for some added variety. Let's get started!

Ingredients:
8 pieces of brioche bread
1/2 cup of maple syrup
2-5 drops green food coloring
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of milk
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of butter

Directions:
  1. In a skillet, melt butter on medium heat
  2. In a small bowl whisk eggs, milk and vanilla extract
  3. Start by adding two drops of green food coloring to the egg mixture, whisk, and continue to add drops until desired color is reached
  4. Transfer the mixture to a shallow pan or container
  5. Dip bread into egg mixture so all sides are covered
  6. Fry pieces until golden brown, flip to fry the other side

Make sure to submit any and all seguridadindustrialcr inspired Saint Patrick's Day looks and your family's own rendition of the green french toast. All pictures can be sent it to [email protected]

We all know about the beloved tradition of leaving out a little snack of cookies and milk for Santa on Christmas Eve, but what about his hard-working reindeers?! Dasher and Dancer would love a little fuel on their night-long journey delivering presents to every boy and girl. This 3-step recipe makes for a yummy holiday snack for holiday parties and a fun way to start a new tradition with your children.
A Christmas Tradition: Letter to Santa
Another Christmas tradition that seguridadindustrialcr team loves is writing a letter to Santa! The excitement and pure joy the these letters created will always be something we hold dear to our hearts. This year, you can add some magic to this tradition with our Dear Santa Door Pillow. Your children will be rest assured that their letters to Santa will be safe and sound in the pocket of the pillow for the Jolly Old Man to read. They might even get a letter back from Santa in their pillow!
The Gluten Free Alternative
Here’s the best part of this recipe. Because the main ingredient is Rice Chex cereal, you can simply replace the pretzels with gluten free pretzels to make this a gluten free recipe. Finally, a holiday treat for kids with gluten allergies.

Ingredients
1 (20 ounce) package of miniature pretzels (use gluten free pretzels to make this a gluten free recipe)

1 (17.5 ounce) package of Rice Chex Cereal

1 (16 ounce) jar of salted dry-roasted peanuts

1 (14 ounce) package of red and green M&M’s

24 ounces of white chocolate, chopped

Directions
Step 1:
Cover a large area of counter space with waxed paper and tape it down.

Step 2:
Mix pretzels, Rice Chex, peanuts, and M&M’s together in a large bowl.

Step 3:
Melt white chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching. Pour melted white chocolate over Rice Chex mixture and stir to evenly coat. Quickly transfer mixture to the prepared waxed paper and spread in a thin layer. Let cool completely. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
